Jessica Whitman is a worker at Chelsea Creek Country Club, who recieved a call from a man to get the tire iron that was used to kill Derek Rogers and put it in Alec Rybak's golfbag. Unknown to her it was used to frame him.
Season Two[]
After Dan and Theresa discover another finger print on Alec's golfbag they trace it to Jessica Whitman. Who runs after seeing Dan and Theresa. At the police station, she explains that she got a call from a man to tell her to get the tire iron and put it in Alec's golf bag, explaining she thought she was helping him by giving him the weapon. Theresa tells her she was paid a lot of money, Jessica says it showed up in her locker the next day. With this, Alec was released from jail soon after.
